Born in Norman, Oklahoma, Taylor Nicole Jones began dancing at the early age of three. She grew up in the world of competitive studio dance and booked her first professional gig at age sixteen, dancing as a showgirl in Nick Cassavetes’ film, “Yellow.” She attended Oklahoma City University's prestigious Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment, where she graduated with a BPA in Dance Performance. There, she trained with industry icons Jo Rowan (Bolshoi), Brian J. Marcum (Broadway) and Vincent Sandoval (Radio City Christmas Spectacular), among many notable others.
Not long after graduating college, Jones landed a contract with Norwegian Cruise Lines. She has performed and traveled around the world onboard their luxury Regent Seven Seas ships and has gained immeasurable amounts of knowledge and gratitude for the arts & entertainment industry. Her six years with the company have included ten different production shows and many featured moments. With the cruise ship industry’s return to service in 2021, Jones was honored to be apart of the re-launch cast for the NCL Pride of America and will treasure the time she spent workshopping and re-staging the featured show, “Lights! Camera! Music!” with choreographer, Tiger Martina.
When Taylor is not performing on contract, she is a passionate dance educator. With her drive to always be bettering herself, her wish is to encourage and inspire the next generation of young performers to work hard and always be craving more, while also building strong foundations within their technique, personal style, and performance quality. In addition, Taylor is a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor.
